 If our service center is located in end-user's city, end-user can send the products to our service center for repair. If no Sinocan service center in end-user's city, end-user can contact Sinocan for free technical support. Our service engineers will diagonise and guide end-user for repairing. If the problem can't be solved yet, then please send the products to our headquater in Shenzhen. Sinocan will finish repairing within one thirty days and return the products to end-user.

How to get a Sinocan products in the location where there is no Sinocan distributor?

 If there is a Sinocan distributor located in the city a potential end-user is located, Sinocan will introduce the end-user to that distributor. If there is no Sinocan distributor in the city a potential end-user is located, Sinocan will assemble a LCD PC according to end user's special requirements ten working days after receiving the payment from end-user and will mail the LCD PC to end-user by DHL.
