Sinocan encourages our new business and corporate enterprise clients to take advantage of the 30-day RISK-FREE evaluation program to test the product(s) they are considering for volume purchase.
If the product does not meet the "Buyer's" performance criteria, "Buyer" agrees to return the product within the specified evaluation period of thirty (30) days, (evaluation period starts from when the "Buyer" receives equipment) FOB, Shenzhen, China. The "Buyer" agrees to take full financial responsibility for the products listed above in the event of lose, theft or damage that may occur during the evaluation period. "Buyer" agrees to return the product in its original packaging and free of any cosmetic and/or internal damage or tampering. If "Buyer" decides to return the said equipment, the “Buyer” must fill in Sinocan “RMA Request Form” and choose Evaluation Program to get the Sinocan approval for refund.
After Sinocan receives the returned equipment from the “Buyer” and find no damage has caused by the “Buyer”, Sinocan will refund all the cost of the equipment (not including shipping and bank charges) to the “Buyer” within seven working days. |
